I'm enjoying all the tracks - a nice surprise. Usually there are 4 or so that thrill on an album purchase, and the rest are ho-hum.
Franti and Spearhead are growing up. They are not as rebellious as before, but neither is his audience. This compilation is a great addition to his collection of extraordinary work. Viva Spearhead.
All Rebel Rockers is a great new album from Michael Franti with great music to dance to, if you like Zumba.
This is the first Michael Franti CD I have in my music library. Sort of reggae-funk-hip-hop. I heard one of his songs on the radio and just had to have the CD. It is a feel good CD. Reminds me of summer, warm weather, tropical drinks. Definitely makes me want to dance.
I have not encountered an album in the last year that I am glad to own in it's entirety. To me, each and every song here, I could listen to for days. No need to get celebral to appreciate these artists and their incredible talent. The entire album is worth the money.
